Ladies and Gentlemen, the road trip is in motion! We have already shipped our gigantic, 65 pound, baby-penguin-carrying box of camping and cooking gear off to New Jersey, and we have our budget and funding finalized (I'll spare you the numbers). We have our campsites, inns, and family arrangements made, so we will never be without a warm (ok - maybe not warm) place to cook, eat, and spend the night!
All we have left to do now is pack our bags and fly! We'll be leaving (as you know) on the evening of June 25th, so get your hellos and goodbyes in ASAP!
We are super excited!!!!!! We're packing light so we won't feel quite as guilty about buying clothes on the east coast.
Convincing Sandi to buy us a chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins with the words "Bon Vayage Andrew and Lindsay" in green cursive icing letters for our going away party on June 24th has proved to be more difficult than we previously anticipated. She's not so down with the whole party thing....lets see how she likes when she gets no postcards...just kidding guys.
